(NewsNation) — Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile phone customers across the country are reporting service outages, downdetector.com shows.
As of 10:30 a.m. CT Tuesday, over 105,000 outages were reported for Verizon, 1,452 for AT&T and 1,070 for T-Mobile, according to the website.
Social media users in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and other cities posted about issues they were having on X, with many with Verizon saying their phones were in “SOS” mode.
“We are aware of an issue impacting service for some customers,” Verizon said in a statement. “Our engineers are engaged and we are working quickly to identify and solve the issue.”
AT&T, meanwhile, said another carrier experiencing a network issue was preventing its customers from calling their customers.
